*This lot is paying on installments towards its portion of the septic project. See bottom of page for details.
*About our Septic Project and Installment Payments
In 2025, the park completed a major overhaul of our septic system. We now enjoy a state-of-the-art system that should serve us well for years to come.
The cost of that septic work, like all park expenses, was split equally among the membership. Because of the size of the project, the largest ever taken on by the park and costing well over half a million dollars in total, each lot had a choice of paying in full or paying via a park-managed loan. Those that have paid in full owe no further payments towards that septic project. Those that are paying via installments will pay $1329 per year for the next nine years. This is split between two installments billed each April and October. When discussing costs with a site paying on installments, be sure to take this into consideration as any purchase of a membership attached to a leasehold paying on installments will assume that loan.
