Since I bought this three years ago, I've had a heat pump installed, 10' X 14' custom shed, insulated and with power and vinyl plank flooring.
5' X 6' Suncast shed from Costco, 4' X 30" Rubbermaid tool storage shed.
Vinyl plank flooring, LED light fixtures, outlets and switches and dimmer switches, ceiling fans and painted the interior of home and outside trim.
Also added a roof covering the back steps. Stove, fridge, washer and dryer. roller shades
I have recently bought a new Vermont Castings wood stove for the home. I will hold off on installing stove pipe through the ceiling in case the new buyer doesn't want a wood stove and will reduce the price $4,000.
The park is in the process of having a new state of the art septic system installed. And getting upgraded Wi-Fi installed.
