The park is made up of 52 RV sites, most will accommadate a 45' motorhome and 11 mobile home sites.

The members of Oregon Cascade keep themselves busy with several activities in the park. No matter what the activity you will always find yourself having fun with other members.
Oregon Cascade RV Co-op is a senior (+55) membership park for the fun loving and the young at heart.
The park is made up of 63 lots, 52 sites for RV or park models and 11 mobile home sites. RV lot owners are allowed 8 months of residence per year and Mobile home owners are allowed year around residence.
There is a clubhouse that can accommadate our members for special events and meetings, a coin operated laundry room and men's and women's restrooms with showers. Services include water, sewer, WiFi, cable TV and garbage service. Owners pay their own electric. Current annual dues are $890.
An elected Board of Directors, onsite Office Manager, onsite Maintenance Manager and various member committees assist in running the park.
The park is governed by our Bylaws, Rules and Regulations, Architectural Rules and Regulations and a Pet Policy, all are available for review upon request.
Minimum size RV is 25 feet and has to be self contained. The RV has to be less than 12 years old and in good condition.
