The members of Oregon Cascade keep themselves busy with several activities in the park. No matter what the activity you will always find yourself having fun with other members.
There is a clubhouse that can accommodate our members for special events and meetings, a coin-operated laundry room, and men's and women's restrooms with showers. Services include water, sewer, broadband WiFi, and garbage service. Owners pay their own electric. Current annual dues are $1176.45.

The park has 63 lots, 52 sites for RV or park models and 11 sites for mobile homes. RV lot owners are allowed 8 months of residence per year and mobile home owners are allowed permanent residence.
An elected Board of Directors, on-site Maintenance Manager, and various member committees assist in running the park.
The park is governed by our Bylaws, Rules and Regulations, Architectural Rules and Regulations, and a Pet Policy, all are available for review upon request.
Minimum size RV is 25 feet and it must be in good condition.
This lot will accommodate a 45-foot motorhome.

55+ RV park community, located in beautiful McKenzie Bridge near the McKenzie River. This well-maintained and upgraded 1979 Guerdan 2 BR, 2 Bath, double-wide, manufactured home with low maintenance aluminum siding and a wood burning fire place is a rare find. It is 24’ wide and 44’ long with a 44’ long, single wide carport.
Lot M-2 with the mobile is approved for year round residence.
I purchased it in 2003 from previous members that rarely used it and moved in 2005. Because of its age, in the next few years, I had the wiring upgraded, put in new plumbing, replaced the electric furnace with a Heat Pump (with protective cover), replaced the roof with a life time metal roof, installed all new appliances, new carpet and flooring. The front porch, which also has a new metal roof, deck and steps were replaced with Trex. The steps and landing for the carport were also replaced with Trex. New “no seam gutters” were installed on the home and shed.
Recently, I had the living room and dining room windows replaced with lifetime warranty, Milgard windows, and a new metal awning installed on the front of the home.
Home is partially furnished, including all appliances, microwave oven, dining room table & chairs, sofa and chairs. The bedroom has a chest of drawers and queen bed with a Sealy Posturepedic mattress that is about 5 years old and a headboard with drawers.
The 10’ x 12’, heated shed, with shelving and a work counter, has a new asphalt shingle roof and comes with lots of odds and ends including a 9 cu. ft. chest freezer and Christmas Decorations.
Due to age and physical issues I can no longer handle maintenance and care of the home like I’ve done in the past. I’m moving to a small apartment in a Senior’s Apartment Complex.
