Oregon Cascade RV Park is owned by it's members and is registered as a Cooperative Corporation in the State of Oregon.
The park is made up of 52 RV sites, most of which will accommodate a 45-foot motorhome, and 11 mobile home sites.
The draw to the cool, mild climate in the upper McKenzie River Valley of the Oregon Cascades will make this park your ultimate destination.
The members of Oregon Cascade keep themselves busy with several activities in the park. No matter what the activity you will always find yourself having fun with other members.
There is a clubhouse that can accommodate our members for special events and meetings, a coin-operated laundry room, and men's and women's restrooms with showers. Services include water, sewer, WiFi, cable TV, and garbage service. Owners pay their own electric. Current annual dues are $1023.
The park has 63 lots, 52 sites for RV or park models and 11 sites for mobile homes. RV lot owners are allowed 8 months of residence per year and mobile home owners are allowed permanent residence.
An elected Board of Directors, on-site Maintenance Manager, and various member committees assist in running the park.
The park is governed by our Bylaws, Rules and Regulations, Architectural Rules and Regulations, and a Pet Policy, all are available for review upon request.
Minimum size RV is 25 feet and it must be in good condition.
